Gaziantep cuisine is very rich, ranging from kebabs, meat dishes, dishes with yoghurt, olive oil dishes, desserts, pilafs, vegetable dishes, meatballs, pastries, salads, and stuffed vegetables to soups. Also, beverage culture is one of the main parts of the food culture.1 Adıyaman, although its cuisine is similar to the surrounding provinces in terms of food types; it has a rich structure that is unique in terms of both the name of the dishes and the way they are made and taste. The basis of the dishes are meat, wheat products, legumes and vegetables. As a flavoring, onions, garlic, tomato paste, chili peppers, parsley, dried mint and other spices are used in all dishes. In Adıyaman cuisine, which has the culinary culture features of Güneyanadolu Region, different salads are also eaten besides meals. Adiyaman dishes have their own taste. Taste is given importance. Ms. Ayise Selvitopu will be providing traditional and authentic Gaziantep & Adiyaman ready to cook foods to its target segment which is composed of restaurants, takeaways, cafes, pubs, kebab houses.

I'm from Gaziantep which is the most popular city with its cuisine in Turkey. When I was growing up, I learnt middle eastern, Arabic, Armenian, Kurdish and Jewish cuisine. I know dozens of recipes and some of them had been forgotten.Those days there weren't industrial foods, so we have done our foods as handmade. So I know the food process as well, even making flour from wheat.I got married when I was 18 years old and my husband had a restaurant in the capital of Turkey, Ankara.
